Holiness is a scribe to who Jesus is.
Worthiness is a scribe to what Christ have done.

The Book with Seven Seals
1I saw in the right hand of Him who (A)sat on the throne a (B)book written inside and on the back, (C)sealed up with seven seals.

The seal is to ensure secrecy and confidentiality to a group of addressees.
In Revelations 6 => Jesus broke a seal one at a time, the first revelation will be revealed.

The First Seal--Rider on White Horse
1Then I saw when the (A)Lamb broke one of the (B)seven seals, and I heard one of the (C)four living creatures saying as with a (D)voice of thunder, "Come."
2I looked, and behold, a (E)white horse, and he who sat on it had a bow; and (F)a crown was given to him, and he went out (G)conquering and to conquer.

Jesus broke the 1st seal. Therefore the enactment was the benefit of John to narrate to the whole contents of the scroll for special people like us. It was symbolic.
It was only for John’s eyes. The symbolism was only for John.
The book of Revelations contain accurate information to us. There are certain things symbolic and there are certain things literal.
Literal means taking it at face value.
Revelation 5:2-3 (New American Standard Bible)
2And I saw a (A)strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to open the book and to break its seals?"
3And no one (B)in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the book or to look into it.

What is so special about the scroll?
The scroll is the book of destiny. It contain the last days of human history.
The book of destiny contain it all. It concerns the whole universe. The final destiny of good and evil.
What will be the ultimate destiny?
The ultimate destiny and unending reign of Jesus Christ. Very systematic. We are dealing with an eternal God.
The Bible is so authoritative.
Future of everyone and everything is in His Hand. The ultimate purpose will be in His Hand. Ultimately is every purpose and plan will be directed by the Hand of God.
He is still giving people ample time for them to repent. He will give men ample space and time to come back to Him. We are winners. At the end, we are kings and priests reigning in God after what we went through.
Revelation 5:4 (New American Standard Bible)
4Then I began to weep greatly because no one was found worthy to open the book or to look into it;
John wept profusely. Nobody is worthy to read the scroll.
Moses was the meekest man on earth.
David was a man after God’s heart.
Angels are not worthy because they did not suffer like us as humans. They cannot comprehend us.
John is overwhelmed by worry. There is a piercing realisation.

5and one of the elders said to me, "Stop weeping; behold, the (A)Lion that is (B)from the tribe of Judah, the (C)Root of David, has overcome so as to open the book and its seven seals."

2 titles to ascribe Christ character
a) The Lion of Judah => Absolute humanity , the sons of man origin. His humanity. He was born as a child. He was heavenly.
b) The root of David => searching for our origin, Absolute deity – Son of God.
He is a mediator.
We sons of man can be sons of God.
Revelations 5:6
6And I saw [a]between the throne (with the four living creatures) and (A)the elders a (B)Lamb standing, as if (C)slain, having seven (D)horns and (E)seven eyes, which are (F)the seven Spirits of God, sent out into all the earth.

A Lamb that was slain, wounded and yet standing.
7 represents completeness.
Horns represent power.
The Lamb is all searching and knowing. Nothing escapes His eyes. He knows what is going on in our heart. He seats on a great white throne.
It is the blood of Christ that saves.
As a Lamb, He died for us.
As a Lion, He conquered for us.
Jesus makes such an awesome price that we can receive it.

Revelations 5:7 => the revelation of what is to come to open up.
The Bible is made available to everyone. The accuracy of the Word of God is pertaining to the present and the future. The Bible can be taken as a newspaper of tomorrow. Our heart will resignate with Him.
When our life is guided and led by God, we will see design and purpose in our life.
A guided and directed life by God will always see the plans and purposes in our life.
God is working ultimate good for us believers.
Start reading the book of Revelations systematically in order to understand the whole book.
Revelation means to reveal, disclosed, disclosure and nothing mysterious.
