Hebrews 12: 25-29
Hebrews 12:25-29 (New International Version)
25 See to it that you do not refuse him who speaks. If they did not escape when they refused him who warned them on earth, how much less will we, if we turn away from him who warns us from heaven? 26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, "Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens."[a] 27 The words "once more" indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29 for our "God is a consuming fire."[b]
During the days of Israelites, God speaks to Moses and Joshua.
When God speaks, the mountain and the islands will shake.
Verse 27 things are going to be shaken for one purpose. Whatever things that cannot be shaken are the permanent things of God. Our souls last forever.
Verse 28: the kingdom of God cannot be moved. The kingdom of God is within us. We must be a people of Holiness in godly reverence and fear.
Verse 29 : God is a consuming fire.
When there is a wide-spread sin in Christians, God will release a judgement for shake-up.
If God judge them as He spoke on earth, how much more when He spoke from Heaven?

We are the salt and light of the world.
John 14:11-12 (New International Version)
11Believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe on the evidence of the miracles themselves. 12I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.
There will be a shake-up in churches. Shaking is something that will cause things that are immovable and unshakable to remain.
Revelations 3: 14-19 speaks about the Lukewarm churches.
Revelation 3:14-19 (New International Version)
To the Church in Laodicea
14"To the angel of the church in Laodicea write:
These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of God's creation. 15I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! 16So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. 17You say, 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.' But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. 18I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see. 19Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline. So be earnest, and repent.
Verse 19 – the church can be rich (did not care about the things of God) in materials, possessions, people; but it can be spiritually poor.
Revelation 3:7-13 (New International Version)
To the Church in Philadelphia
7"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write:
These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. 8 I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. 9 I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. 10 Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come upon the whole world to test those who live on the earth. 11 I am coming soon. Hold on to what you have, so that no one will take your crown. 12 Him who overcomes I will make a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he leave it. I will write on him the name of my God and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which is coming down out of heaven from my God; and I will also write on him my new name. 13 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
Verse 10 – we are kept from the hour of temptation.

Instructions on Worship
1I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— 2for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. 3This is good, and pleases God our Savior, 4who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.
Begin to thank God and praise God and pray for those in authority. Do it everyday. Pray that our leaders make wise decisions.
Verse 2 – pray for the leaders so that we can live a peaceful life that the gospel may penetrate in every life.
Verse 3 – When our nation is at peace, it is pleasing to God.
Pray for the government everyday. Pray for good credible people to come into the government.
